The Internet of Things is all the rage, and health and fitness applications are at the top of the list for many of the newer devices on the market: They keep track of your activity, monitor your heart rate, and more… So in a perfect world (one that was always warm and stress free!), what would we tell manufacturers to develop to make life easier and more tolerable for Raynaud’s sufferers? We thought we should crowdsource some ideas and see if we could actually come up with a breakthrough application for Frosties. Here are a few thought starters:
- Provide an alert for “You are entering an extreme temperature-change zone”
- Automatically trigger a wearable heated device when your extremities reach a pre-set cold temperature threshold
- Push-button aromatherapy release for de-stressing in challenging personal situations
Let your imagination go wild on this one. As Frosties represent 5% or more of the population, Google and Nike should be working hard to find ways to ease the lives of Raynaud’s sufferers!
