Hi I have been suffering with Raynauds for a year now & its getting progressively worse. I am being investigated to establish whether its primary or secondary. However as I am having around 15 episodes a day with some lasting up to 90mins I am trying to establish if there are any alternative remedies that offer some relief. I am taking Nifedipress but it has no effect. It takes very little change in temp to trigger an attack, my fingers are very swollen & the pain is constant, with restricted movement morning & night. While I also experience it in my toes, nose & lips my hands seem to be particularly bad. I try to protect them by wearing gloves indoors & two layers outdoors + heat packs but it does not stop an attack. I dont smoke, have stopped caffeine (as I heard this can aggravate it). I do live in a city that is cold 9bmonths of the year 🙁 so short of emigrating I would appreciate any advice on things that could help. Thanks
