I have joined this forum to post a description of what appears to have cured my recurring condition. For years cool weather has led to the white, numbness that was apparently Raynaud’s with one finger particularly susceptible. This fall started as the worst ever, with repeated and more severe episodes. In mid November I spent 30 minutes picking up persimmons off the wet ground in a cold rain without gloves (for random reasons that would not intentionally have occurred). My hands were red and sore. Since then I have had zero recurrence even after extensive exposure to conditions that would always have caused an episode in the past. I can’t explain it – but the change was incredible.
