I have had a red spot on my left index finger for about a year and a half and recently got another spot on two fingers of my right hand. The spots never go away and turn a purpley-blue when I have an episode. Does anyone else have this? Does anyone know what this is?
I logged on today to see if I could figure out whats going on with my hand. On four of my fingers I have red dots that almost look like blisters. Some have tiny dots in the center of the bigger dot. They don’t itch but do hurt if I touch them. Do yours sound similar at all?
Could be telangiectasia. Do you have primary or secondary Raynaud’s? Do they blanche when you put pressure on them? I have Limited Scleroderma or CREST. This is he T in Crest. I have a few on my fingers and a couple on my face.
A rheumatologist would be the route to go.
Thanks so much for responding. I have secondary RS, I have Ankylosing Spondylitis an autoimmune arthritis. I lived in Fla. for 20 yrs. so never knew I had Raynauds until my first winter back north. I found out I have Chilblains on my fingers, first time they have appeared. Again, thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to me, much appreciated. Stay warm!
