yes, i have raynauds in both hands and feet, and they are sensitive to both heat and cold. i live in wales so i wear gloves all of the time as its raining, but when i get too warm i cool my core body down. i am yet to see the right rheumatologist as i was sent to an adult rheumatologistand was meant to be sent to a childs one, so i am unable to tell you my experience there. i have raynauds, low blood sugar levels ( we think-need to see a dr soon) and that hypo summit or other, where youre too bendy basically! im not on medication, except ipbrofen, when its real bad. i try to avoid cold as much as possible, eg. not going in freezer, i dont even eat an ice cream without my gloves on and a teatowel wrapped round the stick. i dont wear restrictive clothing and i only wear about three different

i suffer from primary raynauds and was diagnosed earlier this year, but i have had it for at least a year already. i am yet to recieve my first rheumo app which takes place nxt thurs… with the amount ofsymptoms i have it is highly possible i have something else. i was 11/12 when i developed it, which was 2010/11/12….im not sure what symptoms are normal, but i have a loooonggg list!! haha, all the best x

5my doctor said to carry on excercising but i may need to excercise my hands often. hope this helps!
