One of our members discovered this product. HeatBands™ are thin, flat strips that wrap around your wrist — a great solution for keeping your hands warm all day when wearing gloves or mittens isn’t practical.
 HeatBands™ work by trapping a layer of air between the specially developed heat reflective and retentive material and the skin. This process helps maintain the temperature of the blood flowing through the wrists into the hands allowing a better flow of warm blood into the fingers. I was a bit skeptical until reading that covering the arteries in the wrist helps to keep the whole hand warm, much as covering your neck helps keep your whole body warmer. One of our Board Members and I put them to the test by trying Heatbands™ on only one hand for the day, and we really felt the difference!
 The bands are light, easy to take with you, hide well under clothes and leave the hands free for working, writing or typing. What more could we ask for? They come in several colors to either blend in with your apparel, or select basic flesh tone—one size fits all.
As the adhesive to wrap around the wrist is not easily re-attached, they are only recommended for a single use, but are priced at a good value.
