Raynaud's Association, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, www.raynauds.org.

Information
At login to our future members area, we will be using sessions information which is stored as a cookie. The cookie is only in existence as long as the browser is on.

We use cookies to personalize your communications with Raynauds.org. We do not use cookies to track which sites you visit on the web.

Our site's future registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). Users of this website should not receive any contact by mail or email unless they've given us express permission. Should users receive unwanted mail or email from us, Raynaud's Association gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Sharing of Information
Except as described below, Raynaud's Association does not release personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent. We use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include, but are not limited to, Paypal for online donation services. These trusted third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. As the Raynaud's Association continues to grow, we may have an opportunity to merge with other Raynaud's related groups. In the event of such a transaction, member information generally is one of the transferred assets. Raynaud's Association may also release personal information when we believe, in good faith, that releasing the information is necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms and conditions of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Raynaud's Association, our users or others.
