Hi all,
I am a Raynaud's sufferer in Newfoundland (not the best place to be when living with this condition!), and am wondering about pronouncing "Raynaud's". If I were to say the word in my second language of French I would say "Ray-no" to pronounce the name of the discoverer, or "Ray-nose" as in Raynaud's phenonmenon; however, I have heard some people put an english twist on it and say "Ray-nods".

Any official word on how to pronounce it?
Hope warm spring/summer weather is treating everyone well after a long winter!

Jen
