Hi,

I was diagnosed with Raynauds at the end of 2009. I have always been able to manage my Raynauds fairly well.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had a Raynauds "attack" last for a long time? I had an attack at the gym two days ago while holding a bottle of water, and my finger has not yet returned to normal. I tried to warm up my finger by running warm water, putting in front of a heater, wrapped up in warm gloves, holding a hot mug of water... I feel i've tried everything. It was very painful the day it happened, now not so bad. Also the tip of my finger is purple and white around the rest of my finger.
My Dr. wanted me to "wait a couple days" but I have never had this last so long. Wondering if permanent damage has been done? Not really sure what is going on.

If it is that dead white color, you should see another doctor.

If this has last for two days - that is absolutely not normal. You should see another doctor!
