Thanks so much for this forum which I found searching for relief from my hot, swollen, itchy hands and feet during the summer. I've had Raynaud's for ages (along with arthritis, fibro and too many other issues to list). Living in the south helps me deal in the winter, but the summer heat! Does anyone have some suggestions to calm my hands and feet? I use Curel Hand and Cuticle cream which works really well for the dryness, but know there must be something to reduce the swelling and heat. Last summer in desperation I bought Solarcaine, but it is was too sticky.
