Every day I take my temperature three times and plot it on a chart. Two weeks ago, per doctor's orders, I began taking pills to rebuild my adrenals. The chart shows a clear trend of rising temperatures. It's exciting. I can't help but think that part of the trend is due to the warmer temperatures outside, but I know that it's not all due to warmer weather either because my temps are warmer even in places where the temperature is controlled - like my office at work.

Dr. Rind suspected chronic lyme disease based on my bloodwork. Further special lab tests (CD57 by Labcorp and a separate test by Igenex Corp) have confirmed his suspicion. Lyme suppresses the immune system and has serious effects on the endocrine system also. It's kind of depressing to find out all these things are wrong with me (heavy metal toxicity, now lyme disease), but I have to beat it before I can finish repairing my adrenals.

I am doing noticeably better this winter than last. My tolerance for cooler temperatures has improved. I can walk outside in 40-50 deg F temps without a coat or hat or gloves and I'm fine for at least 5 or 10 minutes. My average daily temperature is hovering between 97.0-97.5 F whereas last Dec it was between 94 and 96 F. So although I'm doing better, I've still got a ways to go. By the way, my eyes are less sensitive to sunlight than they used to be.

My temperature is a rising, My fever white hot! (that was a U2 lyric sorry!) also love your name as I have a beagle! I always run really low 97.3 ish. I wonder if there is something to low temps and Raynauds. Went from a restaurant to my car without my gloves ("it is just 15 feet" Yeah. Right.). Took an hour in a warm car and my down mittens on to feel non tingly! Ever year I seem to have to relearn that lesson. Mittens. Every time. No exceptions!

I wouldn't think too much about unless it's causing problems, I would focus to much on it, if I always closely observe the numbers.
