Botox® Research Continues for Raynaud’s Relief

We’ve shared in the past that Botox® is being tested as a potential treatment for Raynaud’s.  Results of an initial small study were promising enough that a new trial is underway at Emory University – unfortunately still a small study, but at least it’s progress.

Clinical Trials For BOTOX® Study

Southern Illinois University School of Medicine is currently recruiting Raynaud’s patients to participate in a clinical trial of BOTOX® therapy for chronic pain and ulcerations.  This is a 28-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial requiring travel to the clinic in Springfield, Illinois.
