Raynaud’s symptoms that worsen should be brought to the attention of a doctor preferably a rheumatologist. Complications such as nerve pain and ulcers can develop in some cases. There are medications that can help relieve attacks and prevent complications.
The important thing is to be evaluated by a doctor to rule out lupus, scleroderma and RA. Since you are having severe attacks and pain that affect “all of my fingers and toes and both my thumbs” I would advise seeing a rheumatologist.
