I take the calcium channel blocker (CCB) nifedipine which works very well for me. CCBs are typically taken daily since you never know when a Raynaud’s attack will occur. It also takes time for the medicine to adjust to your body. Some people report only using a CCB in the colder months and stopping in the summer.
