Find someone who is going through menopause—your cold hands will have never been so appreciated. 😉
In all seriousness, I find that simply explaining to people that yes, my hands are cold, and yes, they are always that cold—I have a circulatory disorder—generally helps them understand and be a bit more empathetic. My family and friends will still yelp when I touch them, but they seem to be used to it for the most part.
The one exception to this would perhaps be my yoga clients, who I do try to avoid touching with my freezing hands. But like everything else in Frostie life, you just find ways to adapt where possible, and other wise try not to let the misunderstandings of the warm people get to you!
