Another newbie here. I’ve found that keeping my core warm in addition to hands and feet is key for me. I live in a cold climate and have only been dealing with this during the cold months so far. But recently visited Florida for a week and found layering with t-shirt, long sleeved shirt, light jacket, as well as having warmer foot wear to change into if needed, really helped. I try to be prepared for whatever temperature change I might run into, because the Raynaud’s episodes are so painful.
