I started to exercise, cut out the nightshades plus I added more magnesium rich foods, oatmeal, bran flakes (fortified with vitamins), started to make green smoothies every day with spinach, half a banana, one inch slice of ginger root (keep in the freezer its easier to peel), I also add in other healthy foods for variety, depending on what I have on hand, frozen carrot slices, broccoli, romaine lettuce, mango, pineapple, blueberries etc.

My fingers don’t turn white anymore, they just get a darker\brighter red and feel tingly. I can withstand colder temps too.  So not a cure but a marked improvement!
