I’m still doing good! This summer I was given two eggplants, right away thought nightshades, but they were free. Sliced and fried, the next day my fingers started to turn white when drinking a cold green smoothie, I tossed the rest of the eggplant.

Once in a while I have tomato sauce, the next morning I wake up feeling achy stiff joints. So I realize there’s some sort of connection between nightshades and my health.

Try cutting out the nightshades for three months to see if it reduces the severity of your Raynaud’s.
