Can I suggest to any members suffering from Reynaud’s or fibromyalgia to get their b12 levels checked.  The serum assay is not reliable though and can be affected by several things however if you are taking a supplement, including multivits, it can give a false normal reading.

Other syptoms of parasthesia (numbness, tingling, pins and needles etc) can also be symptomatic as can swollen/tongue, sore mouth, shin splints, burning sensation in soles of feet.

Treatment should be such that it doesn’t merely push serum b12 levels into normal but that it actually has a positive effect on symptoms (including Reynauds)
