    Sorry if this has been suggested before. . .

    I have found that if I turn my socks inside-out and shake a little cayenne pepper on the toe area (bottom of toes) then in about 3 hours my toes feel toasty warm.  Put too much cayenne and my toesies will feel scorching hot, so if you choose to try this, I recommend you start with just a little.  If it doesn’t do much, next day shake a little more on those socks.  Of course, you want to wash your hands good afterwards.
