I have had Raynauds since I was a teenager, but starting last winter, I started to get chillblains in cold weather. This winter, they are worse than last year – I’ve had chillblains on at least one toe for the past three weeks. It doesn’t seem to matter how warmly I dress or how many pairs of socks I wear. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent them or treat them? They go away on their own in about a week, but they’re very painful in the meantime.
