    What an inspiration!  I am an avid hiker, but I have chosen to forego it during the winter this year because of a very painful and frightening Raynaud’s experience last year.  The Inca Trail is a great story filled with great ideas.  Thanks for sharing.  I am so glad that I have recently become a part of the Raynaud’s Association.
