    I was diagnosed with Raynauds.  I’m in agony all the time.  I can’t have anything brush the top of my feet and the bottom of my feet are swollen. It feels like I’m walking on spongy stuff.

    My hands are much the same.  I have one finger that is split and the skin peels off all the time. If anybody out there would send me info about Raynauds I would really appreciate it. My rheumatologist says this is no big deal. But something that hurts this much has to be a big deal.

    Hello Kellie and welcome to the forum. Have you read the Frequently Asked Questions that can be found at the top of this page? This gives a good overview of Raynaud’s.

    Are you on any medication to help with the pain and heal your finger? A calcium channel blocker is often prescribed by rheumatologists to heal sores caused by Raynaud’s.

    The only thing I am taking is Nortriptaline. I am having a very difficult time with this. My rheumatologist is pretty much worthless.
