My name is Patrick, and this is my first post on this forum. I’m a 15 year old, and unlike many others who suffer from Raynaud’s, I’m male. Basically I would like help on keeping my extremities warm during the winter, while I’m bass fishing. I’ve always loved to fish, but I’ve just gotten involved in tournaments the past year or so. I haven’t been able to fish in tournaments during the colder months, but I don’t want to let Raynaud’s get in my way any longer. This is why I would like y’all’s help. I’m looking for some warm gloves that still provide a good amount of dexterity, and are also waterproof. I’d also like to know what y’all would recommend for footwear. I was thinking about buying a pair of insulated hunting boots and a thick pair of boot socks, but would like to know if there are any better options. Thanks everyone.
Hi Patrick. I just bought my husband the best rechargeable glove liners and he loves them. They cost $179.99 but come with 4 rechargeable batteries and your gloves use only 2 so you can have the extra 2 charging. They have different heat settings too. He even sleeps with them and feels that because they are liners and you can wear any glove over top of them that the tightness from them gives him some pain relief.
These cordless heated glove liners are specially made to work with most touch screens on an iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android, or many other hand-held devices. They provide instant heat with the controllable battery powered heating system, and also allow for effortless scrolling, surfing and texting on the touchscreen of your favorite device.
I highly recommend them. You can also buy battery operated socks for about $30 from http://www.thewarmingstore.com They have lots of other items you might like as well.
