I’m so happy to find this Forum. I was diagnosed with Raynaud’s (probably secondary because I have high ANA) almost 3 years ago and I have yet to meet anyone else who has this. I moved to Arizona last year and my doctor says it’s probably the best thing I could have done for myself. I feel like a weirdo when I am in supermarkets or other air conditioned spaces with gloves on and its over 100 degrees outside! I’ve been coping – hopefully, I will learn a lot from other’s experiences with Raynaud’s.
