Hello!
I’ve had raynauds (I think) for quite a while…
Today I was visiting friends in a much warmer climate (~75) and my raynauds was totally gone!
I decided to test if any of the activities that stress raynauds, like caffeine or cigarette smoking would cause a flare up and nothing happened!
I’m not that surprised by it… but I am very surprised because I have joint pain at home, where it is cold outside but I keep my room nice and toasty. Why is it that even when I keep my room really warm I still have the same problems? It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even heat my room as much because it doesn’t make it better. But the weather totally does?
How the heck does that work.
