    Hello!

    I’ve had raynauds (I think) for quite a while…

Today I was visiting friends in a much warmer climate (~75) and my raynauds was totally gone!

I decided to test if any of the activities that stress raynauds, like caffeine or cigarette smoking would cause a flare up and nothing happened!

I’m not that surprised by it… but I am very surprised because I have joint pain at home, where it is cold outside but I keep my room nice and toasty. Why is it that even when I keep my room really warm I still have the same problems? It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even heat my room as much because it doesn’t make it better. But the weather totally does?

How the heck does that work.

    Hi,

not sure how that works, but you are right, warmer weather totally makes mine disappear! I cannot wait for summer!! I don’t understand how they  say to keep your feet warm but it never works , the attacks come no matter what I do to prevent them
