I’ve had raynauds for 8 yrs.. my brother, who is 8 years older then me, was just dx with peripheral neuropathy. I have started to question/wonder if I have it too?  I have tingling, pin prick feel…. But don’t know if it’s just my raynauds. My husband thinks I’m crazy. I have sores on my toes that are not healing and painful. He doesn’t understand……. I’m feeling alone. Just needed to vent to people who get it……

Hello. I have neuropathy pain from Raynaud’s. It’s terribly painful. You aren’t alone. People think I’m crazy, too and I just ignore it because I know exactly what I’m feeling is 100% real. I just recently found a product that helps ease my neuropathy pain. It’s called “Tiger Balm.” I’m not sure if it would be ok to use on your sores, but maybe in other spots. This stuff comes in a small little jar, but you only need a small amount. It’s also great for circulation and keeps my feet warm.  I hope this helps 🙂

    Sincerely, Ashley

I have been diagnosed with neuropathy but I possibly have raynauds too. I have extremely frozen feet that also burn. Sometimes I have both at same time. I can’t get them warm. And I have very painful sores on my toes that don’t heal. Even my sock and sheets hurt them. My neurologist seems at a loss because my symdtoms are so strange and the lyrica isn’t helping my neuropathy. But I don’t have purple feet like raynauds either. This has been going on for 3 months. I’m loosing my mind from being in constant pain from this.
