Hey everyone, I’m a 41 year old female, diagnosed with raynauds in my long limbs. Otherwise, my arms, from shoulder to elbow and my legs, from groin to knees are effected. Of course my hands and feet suffer just the same. I had about at least 12 attacks a week. My cardiologist put me on a calcium channel blocker, and I’m down to about 5 a week. Anyone have success with other meds?
I’ve had success with a prescribed compound for 20 years: 99% Eucerin, to 1% Nitroglycerin cream. A tiny bit on fingers and toes goes a long way. I’m just now beginning to experience raynauds from fingers to above my wrists…the cream helps slowly after the attack, but is very effective before going out into the cold.
