Hi all i recently got told that I have raynauds in my toes after having a thermography test done it showed all 10 of my toes have limited circulation and they feel like constant ice all the time only time I feel ok is when I’m walking around ,laying in a warm bath or in bed.I have also noticed as well that my knees go purple/red with some white blotches under the skin on them and I’m not sure if this is because of the raynauds. Please if anyone has raynauds in feet or had with advice to share let me know as I have brought so many products to help and am thinking to try medication now as Its making me so unhappy and worrid.
    All the best.

    Hello
Welcome to the forum. Thanks for posting about your experience with Raynaud’s. Many people with Raynaud’s take a calcium channel blocker and find that it helps with Raynaud’s. Nifedipine or norvasc are the most common ones used.
