    Hi everyone,

I have been diagnosed with raynauds! I mainly suffer in my feet! Unfortunately a lot of information on th internet refers mainly to hands so I am a little bit stuck!

My feet go absolutely freezing and after determining that is is due to raynauds, I have been advised to warm up the feet and keep them at a continuous warm temperature.

As of last night, I put deep heat on them, put thick socks on and have kept them warm since (even put socks on straight after showering!) They no longer feel ridiculously cold to touch but they hurt! They are uncomfortable, tingly and feel tight! Although I appreciate it is not safe to keep them at an artic temperature, they did feel numb and therefore less painful! will they eventually stop hurting if I keep them warm?
