We tested a heated mouse several years ago and found the heat was too subtle to be of significant benefit to those with Raynaud’s. Rather than offering true warmth, it felt more like it was simply “taking the edge off a cold metal mouse.”
It appears the technology has improved since then. Peter tells us, “It definitely warms my right hand and, at the same time, seems to improve the warmth in my left hand as well.”
He found the heated mouse on Amazon. Features include:

- Heat Control: High/Low/Off slide switch located on the bottom.
The device takes several minutes to reach its optimum temperature. Peter mentioned that he initially found the high setting a bit too hot, but after a short break-in period, he now uses it comfortably on the higher setting.
Raynaud’s is a new experience for Peter; he had warm hands his entire life until age 75. We’re so glad he found a product that helps and appreciate that he’s sharing his discovery with fellow Frosties!
