The Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London runs the UK’s (and probably the world’s) only nurse’s Raynaud’s clinic.

Nurses at the clinic screen for signs of more serious autoimmune diseases, such as scleroderma and lupus.

For most patients, those with milder forms of the condition, they provide advice for managing attacks, prescribe medication if appropriate, and refer sufferers to rheumatologists or the hospital’s specialist clinic if necessary.
