This time of year there aren't a lot of articles about cold intolerance in the news, so we were glad to see the Alvarado News feature Raynaud's in a recent issue.

A recent University of Washington article on Raynaud's does an excellent job of describing what occurs during a Raynaud's attack - and that's rare content on the web. Most people don't understand that what happens to the body during a typical Raynaud's attack is actually a normal body reaction to cold or stress. It’s just
