The Raynaud’s Association needs your help now to fund an expanded awareness campaign.
Your donations will aid those who have Raynaud’s phenomenon to get medical help – and it will spread the word that Raynaud’s is not just “poor circulation” to be belittled or dismissed.
The Raynaud’s Association is run by volunteers, using our own funds and some monies donated by supporters. So far, there is no FDA approved drug for Raynaud’s, so we do not have pharmaceutical sponsors.
Boosting awareness of Raynaud’s as a medical condition is a primary goal of the Raynaud’s Association. But we need your donations to get to the next step – starting with a professional video that will explain what Raynaud’s is and why it should be taken seriously.
Are you tired of explaining why you’re wearing gloves or a sweater when others are in short sleeves? Are you encountering friends and co-workers who get annoyed when you ask to turn down the air conditioning? Do you have a doctor who doesn’t take your painful fingers and toes seriously?
I so enjoy your great newsletter and thank you for it…for your valuable contribution to our lives!!
