We gathered some new product ideas from fellow Frosties on Facebook just in time for the cold weather season and are sharing them in our Hot Products for Winter 2025 column.

Hot Products for Winter 2025Neoprene Waist Belt

Maggie on Facebook shared with us how she discovered during her workouts that inexpensive neoprene waist belts can benefit those with Raynaud’s outside the gym by bringing toasty warmth to your core.  She worked out two days in a row – first day with the belt, second under the same conditions without it and realized how much warmer she was with the belt.  Here’s what she told us: “The neoprene definitely does something because when you take it off you are sweating where it’s worn even without exercising. Now if I leave the house in winter I have it on under my clothes.  It definitely helps keep my whole body warmer.”

She didn’t specify the brand, but stated hers came from Walmart for about $20.  When searching the Walmart website we found a range of options from simple “Waist Trimmer Belts” to thicker contoured “Weight Lifting Belts,” all made out of neoprene fabric.

Unless you need the extra features offered by the fancier weight training belts (like abdominal and back support), the one featured here from Sweet Sweat for $27.95 will probably do the job.  It comes in several different colors with a range of sizes: S-XXL.  On Walmart’s site, each option is a different shopping page, so it’s easier to select the best one for you on Amazon.  Keep in mind that these products come up really high above the waist – just below the bust for us female Frosties.  But they are stretchy and adjustable, so you have lots of flexibility in making them comfortable enough to wear throughout the day.  Several other similar products are available ranging in price from about $10 to $40.  Really appreciate the tip from Maggie on how Frosties can add warmth while trimming their midsections – what a great combo!

Hot Products for Winter 2025LeIsfIt House Slippers

If socks alone aren’t enough to keep your feet warm in bed, Paula on Facebook suggests these cozy fuzzy slippers for sleeping.  With their soft faux fur both inside and outside the slippers, they are designed to help feet maintain a comfortable temperature.  One feature Paula points out is that they don’t fall off easily, which is a plus for those of us who move around in our sleep!

These comfy slippers are also good for light duty walking with soft, flexible rubber soles that bend easily.  Lightweight and foldable, they are great for travel.  Described as feeling like you’re wearing socks and providing a more barefoot feel than most house slippers, the manufacturer states ” They bring a peaceful feeling to your feet.” For most Raynaud’s sufferers peaceful translates into basic warmth!

The slippers are available on Amazon in a variety of colors and fabric combinations for $14.99 to $17.99.  Thanks for the cozy tip Paula!
