Heated Sweater Fleece Jacket
We’ve tried several heated jackets, and one is more wonderful than the next. What’s different about this one is that the fabric isn’t the usual lightweight polyester shell, it’s a cozy fleece-lined sweater with on-demand warmth. The lightweight ones are certainly toasty and great for outdoor activities when you need a water-resistant fabric for the slopes, but sometimes you just want to curl up in something warm and comfy that feels like a hug and takes the chill off while you wait for the fireplace to heat up. It’s also a great option for a short stroll to view some fall colors. Offers up to 7 hours of heat with 4 temperature levels that reach as high as 140° F (sounds too hot even for us Frosties!). Temperature Regulating Blanket
For those who prefer not using heated mattress pads and blankets for cold, chilly nights, this is a great option for a warm, relaxing sleep: It’s a blanket that absorbs, stores, and releases heat as it’s needed. Through some patented technology developed by NASA, this blanket claims it will take in and store your heat when you’re hot, then release it when it senses you’re cold. Only problem for us Frosties is what if we’re never hot? There’s no heat to store! Note: Most reviews were positive, but the more negative ones complained of being too hot, so this might be just right for those of us who can never get warm enough! Made of a combination of washable polyester, acrylic and cotton in a quilted design that resembles a down comforter.
